The cover for my final undergrad project at UCSC. This was created either late 06' or early 07'. I was finally able to self - publish earlier this 2008 year: so repeated upgrades was done to a majority of pieces in the book till then.

The project as two sides Language sides, English and Japanese. Cover for English side is in English and read english direction, side for Japanese is in Japanese and reads Japanese direction.

*Bideo: taking established video game characters and placing them into real life situations; a compilation of comics and illustrations.

Commission: Wolf tattoo reminiscent of tiger

001 head is more realistic, while the 002 is more exaggerated like the aforementioned tiger piece.

Personally, I prefer 002.

My 2006 entry to Salomon snowboard design contest. I got into the finals [top 10 or 20]. Can't recall if I was honorable mention or not.

Still my favorite. Still love the top [though simple it is].

A past design i feel is still fresh enough to showcase in my body of work. Upon opening it to resize for uploading here, I rethought the bottom part: was too bland, looked like it was missing something. The second image is the result.

I think I made it better.
